Tau Sigma Delta Registration

Congratulations on being nominated by your department for the Tau Sigma Delta national honor society.  To accept your nomination and become a lifetime member of Tau Sigma Delta, please complete this form. Please provide your name exactly as you would like it listed on your Tau Sigma Delta Certificate.

The one-time fee for lifetime membership is $50.00. Once payment made and names are sent to the national Tau Sigma Delta office, no refunds are possible.  To ensure your Certificate reaches you, provide a mailing address that will be good after June 1, 2020.
